God’s Leaders Catch and Release His Presence and Kingdom Principles

Alright, for a while now God has given me a stirring to plan and implement an event to reach the teenagers and twenty year-old groups. In the last few weeks this vision is growing. And it is in need of prayer support and more people to catch the vision.

With the absence of Acquire the Fire, and not finding any replacement events, He once again is pointing upon our area to provide an “ignition source” for this to happen. Similar to COME ALIVE! in preparing people to receive and release God’s presence and power, “VICTIM to VICTORY” (V2V) will meet this currently broken and confused generation of young people with not a theology but with the Kingdom Authority in Jesus Christ.

We are saturated with the victim mentality that mutates the future of every person. People aren’t getting healed and strengthened, just coddled and empowered with hatred and hopelessness. There are promises of complete healing to all of those in Christ. I’m tired of a powerless Gospel being preached and lived. One where people will always have to carry their past with them, and is not powerful enough or inviting enough to draw people away from looking and acting like the world.

God wants to ruin our religion with the Real Deal and His name is Jesus. He wants us to stop thinking what in the world I can still partake of, and start walking in His Kingdom authority and purpose. This is where we will lose ourselves so we can gain His life. Leaders lead others to righteousness because they are seeking out the Righteous One. Godly leaders won’t be focused upon sin, cussing, worldly activities, drinking, partying, rebelling, Hollywood, trends, etc. Godly leaders must rise up out of the current rubble of the churches, and run the race, denying themselves, picking up their cross and keep our eyes on Jesus. We have replaced Jesus with programs, knowledge, entertainment, professionalism, degrees, etc.

Yet, the majority of the Church will be just like Israel and miss the real Jesus and His attributes if He showed up in our churches. Those following religion and worldliness will continue to destroyed by the roaring lion seeking the ones he can devour. They will continue to be tossed back and forth by every wind of doctrine, and the doctrine of demons that say, ‘go ahead and partake of what the world is offering’. These people will be tormented and destroyed because they are ‘spiritual houses divided’. God is raising up a new generation of leaders that hear His voice, have His heart, love good and hate evil, flee from even the appearance of evil, run the race, have signs and wonders following them, live beyond reproach, release words of life even in confrontation, walk in the anointing that breaks the yokes of bondage of others and so much more. These leaders are given a vision to run with and make it clear to others as they find their gifts and callings in the Body of Christ.

These leaders can lead because they’ve been to the Mountain and met with God on a daily basis. They have walked in and released His Spirit out into the lives of others. They don’t have the head knowledge as much as they have His heart and presence. They probably won’t have the degrees or training by man’s institutions. They will be ordinary to man, but extraordinary to God. They won’t be interested in titles or power-placements. Others will walk in jealousy and arrogance looking down upon these people. Yet, God will continue to anoint them. They will be anointed to do the work of the Gospel and in the power of the Gospel. And because of that, denominations, institutions and religion will try to deny them, box them in and even try to destroy God’s calling. Yet, they will prosper, and the opposition will struggle and be led into captivity by the enemy.

Our churches are failing because we have lost our vision. We are perishing. We have leaders and pastors who have no vision or experience in/with the Lord. You want to catch on fire fore the Lord? Hang around people already ‘burning’ in the Lord, it’s CONTAGOUS!!! People who seek first His kingdom and righteousness. People who long for holiness and His presence. People who walk in the signs and wonders that confirm His presence and calling. The Word is alive and sharper than any two-edged sword. Let God make His living Word be read and revealed thru your life.

Cultural Suicide

Let me first say that I don’t think God really cares about our culture, ancestry or heritage. UNLESS, it is rooted and founded upon Him. God destroyed everyone of these except one family in the flood. God cares about your heart and eternity first and foremost. Let’s look at America. Let’s expand!

Looking for a few great men and women who would like to go into education to become history teachers. What made America great was the ‘Melting Pot” mentality. And NO! this is nothing to do with legalizing pot for those of you dull in the senses. It had to deal with when people wanted to come to America, they melted in and became American. They knew what they had before and lived before was not going to get them where they wanted to go in life. So, they wanted to become American. They applied, took the educational classes, learned English and made their kids learn it and then ‘melted’ into the society to which they wanted to become.

Last 30 years, no longer are we a melting pot, but a culture of separate, independent cultures. This multiculturalism society is a house divided. God said it couldn’t work spiritually, nor do I believe it can be healthy in the physical realm either. It would be like in a marriage where both partners come in identifying as separate individuals. Marriage was suppose to be a just like a melting pot where they become something new.

Oh that’s right, we don’t believe in that ether anymore. At least we don’t believe in marriage as a Holy Institution between One man and One woman. We have watched premarital sex and living together (fornication), divorce and adultery erode the foundation of God’s foundational principle, holy marriage, be pulled out from underneath the culture we have. The result is that no longer does healthy, Godly relationships rule the landscape of our culture, but ones based upon selfishness and perversity. We have traded it for confusion and suicidal pathways that are destroying our people. And because people who have believed the lie are even more empty, they now have turned to needing medications to dull the hurt and despair of leaving the Truth. When that doesn’t work, they self-medicate looking for a fix to remove the suffering they are going through. When that doesn’t work they generally try to blame others for their pin saying if society would just except them they would feel better about themselves. This also seems to work for a season as they harden their hearts even more towards God’s truth. They play the “I’m happy” card until they get to the point where there is no hope left still not repenting and turning to God.

What’s next: Suicide – either emotional or physical. Scripture says they have a reprobate mind. Because so many are living in this realm of reality, they feel they need to support others that may be there but in a vast array of symptoms. Therefore, we no longer have a Gospel that teaches, preaches and demonstrates repentance. It is a different gospel, with a different Jesus that identifies it/him in the image of man. Then it demands that Jesus accept the perversity of man. We mix up God’s love and God’s requirements for eternal life. God’s love calls for us to repent and turn from our wicked ways. Out of God’s perfect love He hates sin because it destroys His creation, us, both immediately and for eternity.

Watching the double-minded culture give thanks that God blest their campaign which is saturated in sin, perversity and abominations to God, literally makes me sick. I think I am beginning to understand why God flooded the world, destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah and destroyed people like Ahab/Jezebel. God’s love demands justice. And God’s justice demands love. I watched last night’s election become about eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. This evil is arrogant and consuming. The “if your not for us, you must be destroyed” culture is running rampant in our society. We also see a culture and political climate that runs upon feelings and sedation. We lack the Truth of scripture and the power of the gospel to cause repentance, set people and restore them to who God created them to be.

We see Truth on the chopping block replaced by the legalization of pot for sin sedation, the forced acceptance of sexual perversion for identity suicide and rage ‘exclamating’ the emptiness and depravity of human kind. We are in a place where we are demanding the judgement of God to fall. Just like before the flood, their arrogance and depravity without repentance demanded a response from God which is always in love and righteousness. When God destroyed is was always rooted in these two attributes. Now is no different. Our culture, better to say cultures in America don’t get it, and the churches definitely don’t get it. It is interesting to see the separation God is doing in the Church, between the sheep, goats and wolves, before He judges the Church. Then He will judge the world. I think He will judge America for the results of its heart for choosing sin and debauchery.

In conclusion, none of us are perfect. We all need a savior and Lord. That’s not the issue. In order to receive Him as lord and Savior, we must repent: be sorrow, humble ourselves, turn from our wicked ways, pick up our crosses and follow Him. This includes seeking after righteousness (love what He loves and hate what He hates) and hate sin/evil.

Are we doing that? How long will God hold back His wrath upon a nation that constantly is shaking its fist of perversion in God’s face? Ask the pre-flood culture, or the people of Sodom and Gomorrah, or Ahab and Jezebel, or ask Ananias and Saphira, or ask …!

Repent, for today is a good day for salvation!

Trading in Defeat for Victory!

Been finding out thru my network of people that people must know who they are if they are to be successful in their calling by God. Watching people get destroyed by the devil and tore apart by the stresses of the world, especially occurs when the wrong people are chosen for jobs they weren’t called to do.

As God continues to lead and direct me, I can expect attacks that he will try to kill, steal and destroy. I have accepted that fact. What I haven’t accepted is defeat. I am still more than a conqueror thru Christ. No weapon formed against me will prosper. For those of you who don’t know, we are in a battle between good and evil, light and darkness each and every day. we walk in righteousness, seek out His will and put on His armor each and every day. We pray without ceasing too! We don’t within our own intellect or the intellect of others, but the mind of Christ. We are empowered with the Holy Spirit for every good work. Everyday, we are in spiritual boot camp. You can go AWOL if you want, but when the enemy comes shooting, you will react in fear and shock. Our Boot camp is unique though. It is hands-on and on-the-job training at the same time. We don’t get to take time off. Leaving the perfect plan of Supreme Commander will get you shot at and even destroyed as you “venture out into your desire and into the enemy’s fire”.

This weekend when Steve and I were at the Shiloh Come Alive! Conference at least 5 different attacks happened against people in our church. Most were with people they knew or extended families. All the while we were praying for protection for specific people and groups who were not directly affected because of His grace, power and protection. These events ranged from horrible to now just irritants. But, because this did not waiver our focus upon the Gospel, miraculous, mind-blowing and life changing ‘stuff’ happened. Nothing sparks revival more than His glorious presence and experiencing it. Stop just reading about it, gaining more intellectual knowledge of it and hearing about others who have encountered it, we MUST create an atmosphere of worshipping Him in Spirit and in Truth so He will respond and allow us to experience Him, even on a daily basis. We don’t waiver upon the His plan, nor His will – no matter what the cost!

In the midst of our battles we shouldn’t take our eyes off our goal – Jesus Christ. When we do fear will set in. Walking in the Spirit allows us to see what He is doing and it is faith building. Too many people walk by knowledge and not by faith. They walk in capabilities and not His empowerment. I feel bad for people that being destroyed because they lack these qualities or the Spiritual resolve to flee from even the appearance of evil. Many times it is the leaders or pastors that have unteachable hearts when it comes to spiritual equipping. They will ultimately be destroyed in this ongoing battle that Jesus intends us to be victorious in.

Jesus said greater things we shall do than He when we receive the Holy Spirit’s power. We can and will trample upon the enemy’s power and nothing from him shall harm you! When it consistently does it either shows sinful lifestyles, lukewarm hearts, weak character (immaturity or heart issues not dealt with yet), intellectual drive (just like Eve partook of the Tree of t he Knowledge of Good and Evil) or you have been placed in a position where you are not suppose to be. NOT because of us, but because of who He empowered us to be, and to inject the name of ‘Jesus’ into that situation.

Spiritual attacks are and should be expected. He has prepared us to be equipped and empowered to overcome these attacks in the name of Jesus. In some battles we struggle, but the War has been won! Overcome fear with being Strong and courageous!

IN HIM I AM VICTORIOUS!

MLK said it best

“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.” Martin Luther King

Looking back at these iconic words leads me to mourn over the selfishness and perversity that have increasingly reigned since these words were given. We have extremists that have ridiculed people because of their skin color. Yet, we have other extremists on the other side segregate themselves based upon their skin color. Both sides are equally perverse and radical. Maybe they are the same side of the same coin. Any political party that agrees with either of these are equally putrid as well as any individuals that do the same.

Just like in heaven there will be no gated communities for Baptists, Lutherans, Methodists, etc., there will also be no gated areas for skin colors, NOR based upon heritage or culture. God will base His ‘entrance standards’ based upon those who who bowed to the name, will and commandments of Jesus Christ. Only those that love what He and His Father love. and denounce those habits and lifestyles He and His Father hate will enter in. We love Him/Them thru submission and obedience. We love Them thru the empowering grace that we can receive. Too bad we have denigrated and removed the transformational power of the grace that They released upon us and within us.

There will be only two groups:

1. Those who submit and commit their lives and thoughts to Jesus (by putting on His Character), and are allowed to enter in to His eternal rest.

2. Those who submit to the ways of the world, their own desires of the flesh and the doctrines of devils and humanity, and enter into their eternal torment and separation from God.

Both of these groups will not be judged upon skin color or anything that they could not change. But, they will be judged upon their character and what they choose to do or not do to themselves either on the inside or the outside. Interesting that God tells us to CHOOSE! CHOOSE life or death!! What have you chosen?

MLK emphasized the need to judge the character and moral integrity of individuals. And still we have watched perversity of lifestyles and a tidal wave of confusion over even the simple aspects of life of gender. No wonder our current generations are delving into suicide, drugs, cutting, etc. The same “theology” of reprobate minds that manipulate these lies and many more than blame the “haters” that disagree with them and complain about the mental diseases and disorders that aren’t being addressed. Yet, they are the ones causing these results. I think MLK would agree that we have SIN issues that are really heart issues of a society that loves the world and ultimately its end result more than they love a righteous and holy God that will judge those that love evil and those who agree with them either in action or in ‘inaction’.

Since much of our society and even the Church have bought this new doctrine of anything goes and that God loves and accepts sinners without repentance and forgiveness, it appears that there is no sin any longer. Sexual sins, personal sins, societal sins, etc., no longer exist. Therefore, secular humanism rules our hearts, society and churches based upon what “man thinks”.

MLK appears to have believed the scriptures that out of the heart flows the material that needs to be judged. Laws and application of laws are optional and need to be manipulated based upon one’s skin color and not their character. At least this is the current humanistic preaching we are hearing out of society and much of the Church. Shame on us. If we believe the doctrines of men and demons more than that of God we deserve to reap the results which include all the suicidal pathways our society is heading. Don’t be fooled, we will reap what we sow!

All of you radical extremists on the right or progressives on the left, you are perpetuating the same agenda. It is one of division and perversion. It is one of death and hatred. It is one of despair and hopelessness. It is time for those of us who remain true to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and His Father, to rise up and live the Truth that will set the captives free. All we see now is the radical left and progressive left use violence and tongues of demons to flatter and stir anger and rage. God made skin color as something that brings more flavor to the world. God did not make sin. God will judge all skin colors equally based upon the heart and sin issues. These are the character issues MLK was talking about.

How far we have plummeted into sin and perversity as a society. How much longer will God allow His Church to be the instigator of these ills and societal ‘cancers’? How much longer will He allow this nation to minimize His Word and Truth, as it seeks to accept perversity and not be good stewards and protectors of the freedoms and resources He gave to us?

We must regain our fear and awe of His Presence and judgement. We must once again humble ourselves in the sight of the Lord, repent, turn away from our wicked ways, stand up for righteousness, stand on His Word and seek His face. Not for our country, but for each of our salvations! I think many are deceived in their salvation and eternal hope.

Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. (Galatians 6:7, NKJV)

Church – Wake Up!

We are living in evil and perilous times. We are seeing a huge falling away from Truth and scriptural application towards a “worldly” love and basically doctrines of demons. The sad part is that much of the Church is leaving its First Love. The Church is accepting values, habits and lifestyles that were never scripturally accepted or allowed in mainstream Christianity! A new “enlightenment” has been received in our current “greasy-grace” movement that is embracing worldliness and fleshiness in a perpetuating of the “self”.

We are watching a world-wide consolidation towards a One-World government where there are no borders nor sovereign nations concerns many of us. The timing is ripe for a world-wide dictatorship to rise up and punish those of us who disagree with current trends because we are haters. Maybe this is how they will justify killing believers who follow scriptural Truth as absolutes, as we love what God loves and denounce what God hates. Those of us who will continue to be voices of Truth will be shunned and despised by those who want idolatry and carnality to rule the future. Just as in Israel, God is providing a prophetic voice once again for His Church to return to Him and follow His precepts.

The current ‘voice in the wilderness’ is calling us to repent and return to Him and not follow the current falling away into the New World Order perpetuated by current demonic trends. So sad! But so scripturally prophetic!! Jesus come quickly! But until then we will occupy this world and continue to ‘settle’ the world thru the power of the Holy Spirit. Pray without ceasing!

Interesting times we are living in!

Living in a Post-Christian Church Culture

A Post-Christian Church, that:

1. preaches a different Jesus than the One Who is Love, Righteousness and Truth,

2. removes all sin so everyone goes to heaven thru a paganistic Universalist Christianity,

3. promotes leaders who agree with lifestyles that mock Biblical values by calling good – evil, and evil – good,

4. denies the transformational power of the Gospel,

5. relies upon man’s wisdom and methods rather than God’s miraculous power,

6. entertains and promotes professionalism in its services over God’s presence and intimacy,

7. dabbles and engorges itself in paganistic rituals and lifestyles as means of fun and entertainment,

8. denies Jesus raising from the dead by continuing to live in sin and for sinful desires,

9. is blind and undiscerning towards good and evil by hardening their hearts,

10. has lost its first love and is an adulterous generation,

is doomed for judgement unless it repents and turns back to its Author and Finisher of its faith – the True Jesus Christ.

The Jesus Christ who was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, who was and still is God, set the example of perfect obedience for us to follow, died for our sins, rose from the grave so we could be more than conquerors, walked in the power o the Holy Spirit, removed Himself in order to release the same Holy Spirit to live within us, empowered us to live a Holy and righteous life, provides redemption and restoration thru forgiveness when we fall short, enabled us to live in the Spirit and not in the flesh by empowering us to die to ourselves and the desires/lusts of the eyes and flesh, and the pride of life, etc.

Is this the Jesus you worship? Do you strive to ‘be Holy for He is Holy’ in His power? Or have you made Jesus into your image or man’s image? He didn’t come for us to transform Him into us! He came to transform us into His image!!

Jesus’s Gospel is offensive, convicting, redeeming, transforming, empowering and miraculous!!!! (And so much more)

Yet, the Post-Christian Church is about themselves, money in the wallets/offering plates, butts in the chairs, building aesthetics, external adornments and just plain looking good for others.

The True Church is proclaiming sin stained lives that can be washed as white as snow thru the power of the shed blood of Jesus Christ and the resurrected life we now have thru His ascension from the grave and over the realm of this world. The True Church proclaims the Truth that will to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and an opening of the eyes to the blind. The True Church calls out heresy and paganistic rituals and promotes Godly and Righteous attributes of the One True God.

Wide is the road that leads to destruction and narrow is the road that leads to eternal life. But, we must choose this Life!

Rethinking America’s Church Culture of Good Works!

John 10:32 Jesus answered them, I have shown you many good works from My Father; for which of these do you stone Me?

then scripture goes on to say:

Timothy 2:7 In all things having shown yourself a pattern of good works: in the doctrine, purity, sensibleness, without corruption,

Timothy 2:14 who gave Himself for us that He might redeem us from all iniquity and purify to Himself a special people, zealous of good works.

Titus 3:8 Faithful is the Word, and as to these things, I desire that you strongly affirm that those believing God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable to men.

Titus 3:14 And let ours also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, so that they may not be unfruitful.

Hebews 10:24 and let us consider one another to provoke to love and to good works,

James 3:13 Who is wise and knowing among you? Let him show his works by his good conduct with meekness of wisdom.

1Peter 2:12 having your conduct honest among the nations, in that which they speak against you as evildoers, they may glorify God in a day of His visitation, seeing your good works.

This challenges me to think that we are to do the same “good works” He demonstrated thru the power of the Holy Spirit. Humans have minimized the Gospel of Jesus and His demonstrative power of the Holy Spirit to mostly limit the “good works” to human abilities. When in fact, “good works” were and are defined by Jesus in word and in deed (example). No wonder we are told that:

2Timothy 3:1 Know this also, that in the last days grievous times will be at hand…

2Timothy 3:5 having a form of godliness, but denying the power of it; even turn away from these.

Where the “good works” of Jesus Christ aren’t, man will set up entertainment and religious regiment. The Church probably can’t match Hollywood or any worldly institution in money or manpower. But make no quarrels, that Hollywood nor any worldly institution can’t even match the miraculous signs and wonders of the Good Works Jesus wants to continue to do through His Church. It’s time to get on fire for Jesus Christ. The way to do that is to get as close to Him as you can by seeking Him with all your strength. In this case, getting too close to the “Fire” will ignite you into everlasting victory in Jesus Christ.

John 14:12 Truly, truly, I say to you, He who believes on Me, the works that I do he shall do also, and greater works than these he shall do, because I go to My Father.

Only in the name of Jesus!!!

Then:

James 5:13 Is any among you afflicted? Let him pray. Is any cheerful? Let him sing psalms.

James 5:14 Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.

James 5:15 And the prayer of faith will cure the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up. And if he has committed sins, it will be forgiven him.

James 5:16 Confess faults to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous one avails much.

Do you ever think that you have not because you really aren’t asking (seeking and knocking)? So many of us live out divided lives between the world and God. We are a “house divided”, no wonder our lives are falling apart.

I believe God has far more plans for us than we could ever dream or imagine. But, we expect Him to change for us, as if we are the same yesterday, today and forever. One of us has to change and it isn’t Him! One of us has to submit, and it isn’t Him! One of us has to be forgiven, and again it isn’t Him!

I believe the whole point of the 1 Timothy 5 passage is to share life together with other believers who live righteously thru Christ and expect His presence to show up to heal things tormenting us like sin, cancer, depression, shame, guilt, condemnation, rape, hate, unforgiveness, confusion, identity lies, infertility, cutting, and millions of more depraved thoughts and actions.

I am pretty sure God is still in the Salvation business which includes healing and deliverance. I personally see Him do far more than we can imagine on a weekly basis. Maybe it’s time to seek Him and His answer to all your ‘issues’?! Or you can quietly let it fester within you as you slowly encapsulate yourself with it as it ‘eats’ away at your life!

FREEDOM Community Church welcomes the opportunity to pray for you and let God ruin the garbage that in infiltrating your life and festering within you. While religion and entertainment abounds everywhere, we expect His presence to ruin sin and destructive behaviors and lifestyles as He replaces within you a new heart, a new future and a new eternal destination – heaven. His presence will not just be with you, but inside you. He will never leave you nor turn His back on you. Your inheritance will be incorruptible and your joy will be over-flowing. But, this is most effective when others around you are like-minded and sharing life together one day at a time! Not going to church, but becoming the Church together, using our gifts and talents He’s given us for His glory and in His power.

Or continue settling for going to church once or twice a week, or jumping from church to church to get your ears tickled, or ever seeking more knowledge and never attaining it, or seek Him with your words but have your heart far from Him, or continue to entertained by man’s words and entertaining services, or …

OR, hear the Truth that will set you free, Truth that will convict the heart to repentance, Truth that will bring life, Truth that will release you into your giftings and destiny in Christ, Truth that will reproduce itself into those around you for eternity!!!

Bow Down to God or Quit Complaining

Trigger Warning: Equally offensive to everyone, including me! (Especially the fleshly and carnally minded)

2Ti 4:1-5 Therefore I solemnly witness before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who is going to judge the living and the dead according to His appearance and His kingdom, preach the Word, be instant in season and out of season, reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long-suffering and doctrine. For a time will be when they will not endure sound doctrine, but they will heap up teachers to themselves according to their own lusts, tickling the ear. And they will turn away their ears from the truth and will be turned to myths. But you watch in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fully carry out your ministry.

We can add to this the doctrines of demons that have been perpetuated for decades and much longer (but exponentially escalating for the last 10 years) like abortion (murder), sexual perversity (lust), alcohol/drug use (witchcraft), love of money/power (greed), unthankful (hard, cold hearts), victimization (hopelessness), riots/hatred (chaos), identity suicide (confusion), love of evil (depravity), entitlement (selfishness) and so much more.

We are living in these days – TODAY! God’s word has already judged the heart that is why there is such a fierce battle to stifle the word of God from being read, preached and lived in the world around us. And he saddest things of all is because we have lost our First Love, Jesus Christ and His Truth, in much of the church there is a blindness and deafness over hearing what the Spirit is saying to the Church of America: Repent, Return and Be Restored into Right standing in the Truth and Grace of Jesus Christ.

In this “hiccup” of time, God has granted us for this current, few short years, it will not be the demoncrats, nor the indepedense nor the current redudlicans that will correct our demise and failures as a country. Most of their ‘trains’ have left the station heading (and destination achieved by some) for depravity and lawlessness eventually under the total control of the spirit of the anti-christ. It can only change if a people called by His name, who humble themselves under God’s control, pray without ceasing, seek His face (identity) and His Truth, respond by turning away from their wicked sin and the doctrines of demons being perpetuated both within the Church and in the world, He will THEN hear them from heaven, forgive them and heal their land: their families, addictions, fears, confusion, torment, ailments, diseases, shame, condemnation, guilt, and far more than we could ever dream or imagine through the name of Jesus Christ.

So, now that I have offended the flesh of just about ALL of us, remember the Spirit of God brings and is Agape’ love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. So if you have Jesus, He gives you the Spirit! If you have the Spirit, His fruit He produces in you are these things! If you don’t have these great symptoms, then maybe you need to completely dedicate yourself to God. If you don’t want to make this decision, then just quit complaining about your symptoms of a hopeless, self-destructive and decaying world that saturates us with shame, guilt and condemnation. And stop whining about not having the ‘symptoms’ of following Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

You get to choose!!! Choose life or death?

Modern day parable:

A patient once told the doctor that it hurt when he hits himself in the head. The patient wanted the doctor to prescribe him some medication. The doctor said to stop hitting himself In the head and the pain would go away. The patient responded that the pain reminds him each day that he is alive.

So many people respond to the pain in their life, complain about it, self-inflict more of it, blame others for it and want to numb that self-inflicted pain thru drugs, alcohol, sex, power, education, money, isolation, busyness or whatever your ‘flavor’ of the day likes to be. Everything we are and will ever be is wrapped up in knowing Him and being known by Him.

You get to choose!!! Choose Christ, or live out your death?

Vision = More Prophetic, and Less Pathetic

Pro 29:18 Where there is no vision, the people perish; but he who keeps the law, he is blessed.

The absence of prophetic vision causes people to become “loose” in their lifestyles. They will seek after “things” to make them happy, but will be found empty. They will seek after pagan rituals and exercises as they fornicate with the world’s idols of worship. What we need is spiritual leaders set apart for holiness and righteousness. People that hear God’s voice and see His plans. People who just don’t see the letter of the word, but the voice behind it. The gift of prophecy is not the gift of teaching, nor pastoring. It is a gift that has been mutated and prostituted by religion and religious institutions. The prophetic voice leads the people back to the Creator and Sustainer of Life. Pray that God returns vision back into the Church so people will not perish. Pray that God returns the prophetic voice back into action.

1Co 14:1 Pursue love, and earnestly desire the spiritual gifts, especially that you may prophesy.

As we pursue Love whose name is Jesus Christ, His Kingdom and Righteousness everything we need will be given to us. Yet, we are to desire spiritual gifts as we are equipped by Him to do the work of the ministry of the Gospel thru the power of the Holy Spirit. But especially the need for prophecy.

Act 2:17 “‘And in the last days it shall be, God declares, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams;

Act 2:18 even on my male servants and female servants in those days I will pour out my Spirit, and they shall prophesy.

I get excited as I see God restoring His prophetic vision back into His Church. The restoration of visions and dreams to His people to return people to the Word is happening to all those who seek after Him and remain humble. I have watched prophecy, visions and dreams warn, heal, direct and encourage His people, and even the lost. He intends to empower His Church to be victorious over all evil. If the Church trades His powerful presence for programs and philosophy expect that faithlessness, sin epidemics and man’s traditions to define the Church.

God wants to restore His Presence, purpose and power back into His Church. Have you prepared yourself, your church and ministry for receiving His glory? Or are you settling for programs and the entertainment of professionally hired performers. Don’t trade His Presence for atmosphere. You want to catch on-fire for Him? Hang out with those already on-fire, it is contagious and consuming! Don’t become a casualty of American Christianity. Pursue Love, desire spiritual gifts, prophesy, dream dreams and have visions. Exciting times and exceptional love that He has and plans for us as He equips us and empowers us for His Glory and plans. These are the days we are in living in!

Talentless Lifestyles

Have you ever grieved the “talents” being buried when his followers are not using and investing what God has gifted them and the selfishness involved. Grieving it even more when we see the masters response to those that bury their talents:

“You wicked and lazy (tardy) servant!”

and they were cast to a place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth (torment).

Which isn’t necessarily only in eternity, it also could mean being tormented on this side of eternity. Maybe this is why so many people are tormented by shame, guilt, condemnation, insecurity, loneliness, depression, etc. They aren’t using their gifts and talents first to their local church, the Church and then to the lost world. (Debatable?!)

If God loves us with reckless abandon, I think He demands the same love out of us. But, we are too calculating in our use of love. We ask ourselves what is in it for me? Is it worth my time? Are they worth my time? What do I not get to do if I “sacrifice” my time for this group?

As we pick up our cross, dying to ourselves, we become a living sacrifice to Jesus Christ, we serve Him and others. But in America, we see a culture of calculated risk rather than reckless abandonment to our faithfulness to God and His plan for the Church and humanity.

We should be moved and impassioned by the heart of God to do good because of our salvation. Our one pure and Holy passion should be to share, serve and celebrate Jesus Christ in our lives. True worshippers of God should be grieved when schedules and circumstances don’t allow for them to meet with their spiritual peers they have been planted with along the streams of living water to grow and glow together in their worship of God.

True worshippers worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. True worship occurs with the life of the person in their family, work, hobbies, habits, etc. Worship has been watered down to emphasize music. Yet, so much music is about worshipping God with our lips but the hearts are far from Him. We must learn to be “sold out” to Him in ALL things, whether in word or in deed.

As God refines His Church by separating the sheep, goats and wolves, I believe He longs for the Church (individuals and whole churches) to unify and worship Him 24/7 around the Truth and in the Spirit, and not when it works out in our schedule. Maybe if we don’t choose brokenness to the things of this world to inspire revival and true worship, we will be broken by economic despair, worldwide travesties, human torment, etc. God is more concerned about our eternal destination than our temporary satisfaction. He is looking to step in upon our behalf in this current spiritual climate of warfare that is not against flesh and blood.

2Ch 16:9 For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to give

strong support to those whose heart is blameless toward him. You have done foolishly in this, for from now on you will have wars.”

Does this scripture explain the current climate of our world, and especially our culture?! He wants to battle for us and give us strong support! BUT, our hearts are not blameless before Him. We are not committed to Him, His Church or even the lost. We live compromising lifestyles that seek evil and grey areas. Yet, want His blessings. We must live in humility and self-sacrifice. We must live a life where He controls our past, present and destiny. In ourselves we are worthless and destroyed. But, with Him, and in Him, we are priceless and invaluable. His sacrifice on the cross proves this. He destined you to be valuable and defined you with value. Than He gifted you with purpose and a destiny for you to feel these things. But, when we lack to execute His purpose within our lives, the value is not received.

My prayer is that you have an Isaiah experience where you realize just how holy and righteous He really is, and how lacking we really are compared to that. True repentance will be acted upon when we see how desperate we really are in our sinful and powerless lifestyles. Both Christians, and maybe especially Christians, and unbelievers need these experiences to remember why we need Him. Than we won’t worry so much about our time, money, talents, etc. We will realize He is our all in all. Remember Isaiah 6:8-10:

And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” Then I said, “Here I am! Send me.” And he said, “Go, and say to this people: “‘Keep on hearing, but do not understand; keep on seeing, but do not perceive.’ Make the heart of this people dull, and their ears heavy, and blind their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their hearts, and turn and be healed.” (esv)

God is looking for those who in themselves cannot do His calling and are seeking Him. He is seeking for a generation of the church to rise up out of the world and separate themselves from its ‘corruptional’ sin. We are to tarry until He returns. We are told to not worry about tomorrow. We are more than conquerors thru Jesus Christ. But, most don’t experience His full presence because they have buried their talents, and are reaping the consequences of the torment of this world and being disobedient.

As you seek God out with ALL of your substance:

Expect His presence,

Embrace your calling,

Enact your faith,

Execute your talents and

Exclaim His goodness

in all that you do!

Then when the Master returns, you will be rewarded for increasing His Kingdom’s value here on earth by your faithfulness of His investment in your life.

Be blest in His presence, glory and power
